Hello, my name is Kaitlin, and I am a divinely inspired writer, editor, storyteller, creatrix, and keeper of birth and mothercare wisdom.

I received my Bachelor's in Communication Studies from the University of San Diego, where I worked as both a columnist and Editor in Chief of the campus newspaper. After a brief stint in the corporate world of publishing, I found myself loudly called to birth work. The call was so undeniably strong that I left my job as an Editorial Assistant at SAGE Publications to create my own birth and postpartum doula business. The pursuit was successful, and I found myself fully immersed in the realms of birth and mothercare almost immediately.

My studies and revelations surrounding birth and motherhood led me to birth my third daughter freely at home in the sole presence of my husband and children in 2020. This experience dramatically shifted my perspective on what it means to be fully embodied and driven by divine purpose. The experience drew me to hone in on three pivotal components of life as a creative human being - story medicine, plant medicine, and mother medicine.

I am currently engaged in editorial and consulting opportunities with businesses and publications that center on the elevation of natural health and healing, plant medicine, motherhood, Mother Earth, entrepreneurship, storytelling, the creative arts, and an irresistible reverence for Life itself. I also support women as they venture into realms of sovereign birth, devotional mothering, and creative self expression.

When not channeling my energy into my creative and service-oriented offerings, I can be found living and loving life alongside my husband and three daughters in Southern California, where we honor the ocean and worship the sun all year long.
