MOTHERING TRUE:
An elevated way of mothering in which a woman commits to taking radical self responsibility for her own health and well being, as well as that of her children, both pre-conception and beyond.
She does not seek to place her trust in systems and authority figures outside of herself. Rather, she has cultivated a reliable relationship with her intuition, and chooses an embodied way of being that is guided by love and an inner devotion to aligning with the divine essence of life itself.
In this way she mothers from a strong and rooted center. In this way, she mothers true.

INTENTION

This six-session mothers’ circle series, which takes place alongside the ocean, is intended to elevate pregnant mothers and postpartum mothers whose babies are not yet crawling. Let us gather together and further expand the mycelial network of sovereign women here in Ventura County while sharing our hopes, visions and wisdom openly with one another in a high vibe, uplifting, heart-centered space. Each Mothering True | Lunar Elevation Circle will include a trail + beach walking meditation, a reiki-infused sound bath, circle discussion re: birth + mothering, nourishing food + drink and heart opening connection with one another. Our prayer is that you leave each gathering feeling heard, fed and inspired to enjoy motherhood and see every “challenge” as a growth opportunity for both you and your child.

ABOUT KAITLIN PEARL COGHILL

Kaitlin Pearl Coghill, physiologic birthkeeper and holistic postpartum care provider, has served her community as a trained and certified birth and postpartum educator, mentor, photographer and doula since 2013. Having worked with a variety of organizations, her support style is well-rounded and all-encompassing, allowing her to intuitively draw on various philosophies and strategies when helping parents venture forth into the realm of raising children. Her time spent in the birthing spaces and homes of new families has wholly enhanced her belief that all birth is sacred and all babies are teachers, sent here to guide us into the new paradigm we are being asked to live within. When not working with families, Kaitlin lives and loves alongside her three daughters and husband in their hometown of Ventura.

ABOUT CHRISTINA GRECO

Christina Greco serves as a Reiki Master Teacher, offering Intuitive Energy Alignment, Attunement with Source, and Self Healing Education. Sound Healing and a Healing Breath practice are the ways in which she expresses her education in western medicine, eastern and ancient healing modalities so as to offer a holistic approach to healing on a cellular and spiritual level. She draws daily inspiration for a natural rhythm and flow, as well as aspects for divine timing advice, by translating the cosmic atmosphere through astrology. A natural born Intuitive Healer, she is also a California native, born in the High Sierras and raised in the Central Valley. She has resided on the Southern Coast for the last decade with her partner and their eight-year-old twin boys.
